All Wiggle Butt Treats products are made with care and attention to quality. Our homemade dog treats are prepared in small batches, and our paracord collars and leashes are handcrafted.
Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders when necessary.

Wiggle Rewards Club Terms
The Wiggle Rewards Club is our customer loyalty program, designed to reward customers for shopping with Wiggle Butt Treats.
Membership: Joining the Wiggle Rewards Club is free. Customers must create an account to participate.
Earning Wiggle Points:
*Bronze Wiggle members earn 1 point per $1 spent.
*Silver Wiggle members earn 2 points per $1 spent.
*Gold Wiggle members earn 3 points per $1 spent.
*New members receive 10 points when signing up.
*Members may also receive birthday bonus points.
Membership Tiers:
*Bronze Wiggle: Starting membersip level.
*Silver Wiggle: Begins at 250 qualifying points.
*Gold Wiggle: Begins at 500 qualifying points.
Redeeming Rewards: Members can redeem eligible Wiggle Points for available rewards, including our $5 Treat Yourself Reward. Point requirements vary by membership tier.
Point Expiration: Wiggle Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
Program Changes: Wiggle Butt Treats may modify or discontinue the rewards program, subject to applicable law. Changes will be communicated when required.
Payments & Pricing
All prices listed on the Wiggle Butt treats website are in U.S. dollars.
Payment is required at checkout unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be calculated during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product prices when necessary.
If an order is affected by a pricing error, we will contact the customer before processing the order.
Shipping & Local Pickup

Returns & Refunds
Dog Treats
Due to the nature of our homemade dog treats, all treat sales are final. For safety and freshness reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food product.
Dog Collars & Leashes
Unused collars and leashes may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition.
Customized or personalized collars and leashes are nonreturnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error by Wiggle Butt Treats.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want every customer and their furry friend to be happy with their purchase!
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Wiggle Butt Treats within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
